RKM Management is the leadership and culture-centered parent company behind Rocking KM Vet. The brand needed a clear identity that communicated its people-first values and its vision for supporting veterinarians, coaching new graduates, and offering a healthier alternative to corporate practice acquisition.

The project included full brand strategy, a visual identity system, a custom website, and ongoing social media and video content to build a strong, trustworthy online presence for founder Dr. Kathryn Miller. Content performance grew quickly, including a new instagram account started 11/15/25 that reached 1.3 million views in the first two and a half weeks.

RKM Management now uses this brand foundation to attract aligned clinics, support practice growth, and launch mentorship programs for new DVMs, strengthening the company’s impact across the veterinary community.
